KPOST is a large-scale enterprise communication platform designed to unify collaboration, productivity, and commerce tools into a single ecosystem. The platform integrates chat, mail, voice communication, scheduling, directory management, cloud storage, and e-commerce capabilities to streamline organizational workflows.
The goal was to create a cohesive, scalable, and intuitive experience that reduces fragmentation caused by using multiple disconnected tools.
the challenge
Enterprise users were navigating between multiple systems for communication, task management, and transactions, leading to:
Workflow fragmentation across tools
High cognitive load due to inconsistent UI patterns
Complex multi-step processes for daily tasks
Inefficient cross-module navigation
Lack of scalable design standards
The challenge was to unify these diverse features into one seamless platform while maintaining clarity, usability, and scalability.
Designed structured information architecture that unified chat, mail, scheduling, cloud storage, and commerce under a consistent navigation system.
Established reusable UI components and standardized design patterns, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across modules.
Simplified complex enterprise workflows, improving task continuity between communication and productivity features.
Reduced user friction by optimizing interaction hierarchy and improving cross-module transitions.
Enabled scalable feature expansion through a structured design system foundation.

conclusion
KPOST successfully transformed a multi-functional enterprise toolset into a unified communication ecosystem. By simplifying workflows, standardizing UI patterns, and optimizing information architecture, the platform delivered a more intuitive and scalable experience for enterprise users.
The project strengthened my expertise in system-level thinking, multi-module UX architecture, and designing for complex enterprise environments.
